We add knowledge and skills training to all projects for clients to achieve real sustainability. Our open business case sustainability program starts with the pre-contract: determination of purpose, client’s readiness, gap assessment, and confirmation of the TOR. The contract package includes sustainability policy, strategy, materiality, risk and opportunity analysis, framework-standard-rater selections, actionable ESG (economy, environment, social, and governance) / SDG mapping (indicator, target, and goals), MRV applications, Tier-3 Carbon Footprint Measurement, labor audit, ESG marketing toolkit, skills training MOHR’s and in-house modules, and project close-up reports.
